Her is a link to my Diigo site. I just figured out last week how to add the bookmarks without adding the Diigo tab to my tool bar so it is a working progress. I have been trying to add at least on bookmark a day. I have some many bookmarks on my personal computer and then on my work computer so I am working to put them all into Diigo so that I can access them from both places! What sites do you find most useful?

I find Diigo very helpful in the aspect of being able to organize information and resources that I use and find helpful in my everyday teaching. As far as the bookmarks go, I too have so many resources that I have saved on my computer at school and I have been trying to access all of them and remember to add them to my Diigo account. In my classroom we have been using a Student Treasures website, where I have been ordering book packets for my students and they have been creating and publishing their own stories. It is free and it is a wonderful source for giving writing a purpose, especially with my fourth graders. They allow for different types of paper for the variety of ages. My kids are currently in the process of creating a book about their states, as part of our states unit. They are writing 5 paragraph expository essays about their states.

ReplyDeleteWow, you have a lot of sites listed--great job! I think I only have about half that many. I need to make an effort to post more.
